Jason Doel is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Tracker Networks Inc. where he manages our go-to-market strategy, sales and marketing, business operations and solution delivery.
Jason was previously the cofounder and Vice President Sales & Marketing of Assurent Secure Technologies, a global leader in the field of information security. Jason helped drive the launch of Assurent out of the former FSC Internet Corp. Over a four year period, Jason led a 1200% increase in sales and established a global business model with clients in 11 countries. Subsequently, Jason helped to lead and execute an M&A strategy that resulted in the successful sale of Assurent to Telus Corporation in April 2006.
While at Assurent, Jason cofounded the world’s leading IT threat intelligence service. This shared system and data service powers over 50 of the world’s top IT security product manufacturers and provides vital intelligence to leading financial services, high-tech, law enforcement, and national intelligence organizations around the world.
Prior to Assurent, Jason has held leadership roles in several Fortune 500 and start-up organizations (SAP, Lexmark/IBM, Delano Technology Corp., Compugen Systems) spanning the fields of software sales and marketing, business development, product management, consulting services, and technology product sales.
Jason has a Master of Business Administration degree from the Schulich School of Business (York University) and an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Ontario.
Jason has completed several marathons and triathlons and would one day love to qualify for the Boston Marathon. He is married with three daughters.
