GPAI Training Content Summary Publication

Prepare, approve and publish the required summary of content used to train a GPAI model.

For a GPAI provider, assign an owner to prepare the training-content summary using the applicable AI Office template. Reconcile the summary with the recorded training sources and review its completeness and level of detail. Obtain appropriate approval and publish it in an accessible location. Keep a version history and reassess the published information when training content changes. Protect legitimately confidential information through the applicable process without using confidentiality as a blanket reason to omit required information.

Compare the published summary with its approved version and source records. Check that readers can access it and that material changes were evaluated for an update.
