How to implement

For employers deploying high-risk AI in the workplace, identify affected workers and their representatives before the relevant use begins. Prepare a clear notice explaining that the system will be used and follow the applicable information procedures under Union and national law and practice. Record delivery, questions and follow-up, and review whether a material change requires updated information. Do not confuse this notification with consent or assume it replaces other workplace obligations.
